General Returns
Products (except collectibles and antiques) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order ID and reason for return. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once approved, we will process a replacement or refund as per your preference. Returns for Collectibles and Antiques Due to the unique nature of collectibles and antiques, returns are only accepted in the following cases: The item is damaged during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos as proof). Damaged items due to mishandling by the customer. Cancellations and Refunds for Orders in Transit Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
If a cancellation request is made after dispatch, the item will need to be returned upon delivery, following the return process. Refunds for such cancellations will exclude shipping costs already incurred.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds are processed via NEFT/UPI to the customer’s provided bank account.
